1.    Where is this program offered?

At this stage we are seeking applications from CCNA Certified individuals based in APAC (namely Aust, India, Malaysia, Hong Kong).

1.    What will the corporate readiness / job skills program cover?

The Corporate Readiness Program is designed to provide CCNA Certified Graduates with the skills to prepare for the complexities of working within a corporate environment. It also provides practical insight into how one can maximise their success through the application process when attempting to seek employment.

2.    Why must I attend the corporate readiness / job skills program?

This training program has been specifically designed to enhance CCNA employability! Not only will you gain tremendous insight into how to maximise your success through the entire application process but this workshop also forms part of the selection process. A short list of volunteers will then progress to the second workshop on Engagement / Leadership Skills.

3.    Once I send in my certification, what happens next?

Our team will verify your credentials. There are limited vacancies. You will gain practical insight into how to increase your success in your job search. You may also be selected as a Volunteer Intern!

4.    Assuming I send through my certification for verification, am I guaranteed a position in the workshop?

No, unfortunately vacancies are limited per intake.

5. Is the Corporate Readiness Program worth attending alone?

Yes, absolutely! The transition from student to employee can be a challenging and a lonely path. Red Giraffe specialise in giving graduates the necessary skills to engage, lead, take ownership and gain control of the application process. Our tools are practical and our methodology has proven to be highly successful.

6.    How long does the Volunteer Internship last?

6 weeks in total comprising of 2 weeks technical training + 4 weeks volunteer placement.

7.    What is the success rate of interns thus far?

Since launching this program many CCNA Graduates that have participated in the Corporate Readiness Program alone, have secured employment in their chosen field.  Of the individuals that have been offered a volunteer internship, many have successfully found permanent employment within the networking arena.

8.    Will I be paid if selected?

No, this is a volunteer internship. As a volunteer you will gain training that is unique to this industry. You will then gain invaluable corporate exposure and the opportunity to use your volunteer internship as a reference point and leverage for other potential opportunities.

9.    If I am not selected this time, will I be considered next intake?

Yes, unless you state otherwise.
