a) Check your attitude prior to attending the interview
Are you tense, agitated or nervous? Be aware of how you are feeling and what you are thinking, and do not take these negative feelings to the interview. LEAVE THEM AT THE FRONT DOOR. It’s almost impossible to apply interview skills effectively while processing your own issues at the same time.

Losing your job or being made redundant does not have
to be the end of the world. In fact it could very well be a blessing in disguise. Given the current economic climate globally it is not surprising to learn that a great number of individuals are being laid off and as a way of compensation are presented with attractive redundancy packages. Fortunately, polishing an updated professional resume is not necessarily the only next step.
