Body language is a powerful form of communication. Often it’s subconscious behaviour, and for this reason it is usually an expression of truth.
Cuing into the motions and postures of your interviewer can help you understand how they are responding to you, and enable you to adjust your verbal communication accordingly.

We form much of our impression of people within the first minute of meeting. Body language, speech, dress all contribute to how we view someone – and they us.
In an interview all of this is heightened. Interviews are purely about judgement, so interviewers are on high alert for small cues that will tell them what kind of person you are beneath your qualifications. Knowing this can throw many candidates. Time and again candidates will discount themselves for the job in the first 60 seconds of an interview, simply by not paying attention to some unspoken rules. continue
