The night before you find yourself sitting nervously in front of the mirror, practicing different interview techniques. You’ve got it down pat and you’re ready to go. But are you? What happens when you are asked about your weaknesses? Do you freeze up, start stammering or change the subject? If so, then it’s time to get prepared!

In an interview, the employer does not want to hear how bored you easily get, or that you’re often running late. When you’re asked about your weaknesses, you need to find a way to turn them into strengths and give your potential boss something he wants to hear. Think about your weaknesses when it comes to job interview questions, and try turning them into strengths.
